Pear, Apple & Pomegranate Sangria
Serves 4

  1. 1 bottle dry, white wine
  2. 2 apples
  3. 2 pears
  4. 1 handful pomegranate seeds
  5. 20 whole cloves
  6. 1 tsp ground nutmeg
  7. 1 bottle champagne
  1. Peel, Core & Dice/Slice the apples & pears.
  2. Combine the apples, pears, cloves and nutmeg into a large pitcher. Add white wine.
  3. Cover & chill for at least 3 hours (overnight is best).
  4. Fill glass 1/2 with the fruit/wine mixture & top with champagne and pomegranate seeds.
