Pear, Apple & Pomegranate Sangria

Serves 4
Ingredients
- 1 bottle dry, white wine
- 2 apples
- 2 pears
- 1 handful pomegranate seeds
- 20 whole cloves
- 1 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1 bottle champagne
Instructions
- Peel, Core & Dice/Slice the apples & pears.
- Combine the apples, pears, cloves and nutmeg into a large pitcher. Add white wine.
- Cover & chill for at least 3 hours (overnight is best).
- Fill glass 1/2 with the fruit/wine mixture & top with champagne and pomegranate seeds.
